The Blue Santa Project, locally known as Blue Santa, is a non-profit group working together to give back to our community.

We are powered by heart and teamwork. Our committee of over 30 dedicated members works together to bring joy and gifts to every elementary school student within the Toppenish School District. Born from a simple idea to positively impact , the project has grown into a full organization; and we’re just getting started.

President Elizabeth Galarza founded the initiative in 2024 with community support by Artemio Gutierrez, and Salvador Osorio. Our partnership with the Toppenish Police Department is represented by Zach Williams and Ryan Castaneda.

Board of Directors include: President Elizabeth Galarza, Vice President Ryan Castaneda, Secretary Selena Melendez and Treasurer Audrey Palomino.

With your support, we’re planning to reach even more children and families next year. Together, we can make the holidays brighter for our entire community.
